Return and Refund Policy

In order to make the shipping of parcels as environmentally friendly as possible, you can only return your purchased clothes to the store in Bern within 7 days (from the order date).

 As a refund, you will receive a voucher for my store to the value of the item you returned.

Clothing purchased directly in the store in Bern can no longer be returned! The right of return only applies to online orders.

Returns will no longer be accepted after the 7-day return period has expired.

The goods must be of the same quality when returned as when purchased to be accepted! Returns due to defects caused by the customer will not be accepted!

• Length: 1,74m
• leg length (foot till the end of my hipbone): 106cm
• Waist: 66.5cm
• Hips: 91cm
• Bust: 79cm
